YOUTH MISSION TRIP & INFORMATION

Our high school youth have the exciting opportunity to go on a Mission Adventure with YWAM this summer!  Marty Meyer of Cascade YWAM, the founder of this program, and our youth leaders will be leading this adventure for our high school youth. We are excited that they will be going to the YWAM Cascade camp for training, and then on to the Tacoma, Washington area for missions in soup kitchens and other places needing the gospel in that area. The trip will be June 17-26, 2013.

Important Dates to Remember:
*May 17th & 18th (Friday & Saturday) – Garage Sale    at Myrna Sterling’s house.  If you’d like to donate items, please contact Kristy Sterling at 861-3640; please do not leave items at church.  We are looking for any household, garage, etc. items; please no clothes or junk. 

*May 19th, Sunday at 5pm – Concert by Mick Sharkey, Sterry Youth, and many others!  Along with a Potato bar that is being hosted by the Evangelism committee.  Join us for an evening of praise, worship, and fellowship as we make it financially possible for our youth to be trained and do God’s work.                  

*The Youth have been busy cleaning yards for various families in the church community in exchange for a donation to the Mission Trip.  If you are interested in their help, set up an appointment with Kristy at 861-3640.  Please make checks out to Sterry  Memorial, but in the “memo line” write -  Mission Trip.
